Description
- Analyze project costs and forecasts to ensure budget compliance.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and overhead.
- Collaborate with project managers to evaluate cost-related decisions.
- Monitor and report on project financial performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend efficient solutions.
- Support risk assessments and contingency planning.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in cost estimation software, and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in developing cost plans, prepare estimates, and analyze project budgets.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, and strong problem-solving skills.
