Description
- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments accurately.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and samples.
- Document and analyze test results.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist in research and development projects.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and materials.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant laboratory experience, preferably in a quality control environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in quality control, quality management systems, and data processing; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct tests, analyze results, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Laboratory setting with adherence to safety protocols; may involve occasional extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure; strong communication and teamwork skills.
