• Advise on corporate legal matters, labor relations, and taxation
• Draft contracts, review legal compliance, and represent company in legal proceedings.
• Ensure company adherence to regulatory requirements and risk mitigation on corporate governance, business structure, and strategic decisions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documents such as partnership, supplier, and confidentiality agreements.
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
• Oversee corporate filings, regulatory submissions, and legal documentation.
• Collaborate with senior management to address legal issues that may arise in day-to-day business operations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay current with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that may affect the business.
• Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws; Must be a member of the Philippine Bar.
• Proven work experience in corporate law, with a focus on business transactions, governance, compliance, and contract management.
• Prior experience as in-house counsel or in a corporate law firm is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, business regulations, and compliance matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and contract review skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
