Position: Technical Content Writer 

• Content Creation: Develop and write detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, whitepapers, blog posts, and FAQs.
• SEO Optimization: Research and implement relevant keywords to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Engaging Writing: Craft engaging and easy-to-understand content that appeals to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Research: Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align content with business goals and customer needs.
• Proofreading and Editing: Review and revise content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and search rankings.

• Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
• SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand and simplify complex technical concepts.
• Research Skills: Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and consistency in writing.
• Team Player: Must work well in teams
• Adaptability: Must be open to trying new things.
• CMS Experience: Experience with content management systems (WordPress preferred).
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with technical industries such as IT, software, or hardware.
• Experience with keyword research tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs or Similarweb
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and content performance tracking.

Work Schedule:

• 40hrs / week
• 9 hours shift with 1 hour break
• Monday - Friday
• Early Hours Philippine Time
• Work Schedule affected by Daylight Savings
