Description

  • Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal standards.
  • Identify and report inappropriate content or behavior.
  • Collaborate with team members for content strategy and improvements.
  • Provide feedback and insights to enhance user experience.
  • Assist with training new moderators as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in content moderation or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in content moderation techniques; strong computer literacy; attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Review and moderate user-generated content; ensure compliance with community guidelines; report issues.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based with potential for remote work; may require shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
