Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Content Moderation New Associate.

About the Role: As a Content Moderation New Associate, you will be performing the following tasks on a daily:

  • Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
  • Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
  • Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
  • Serve as an advocate for the user community.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work.
  • Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role.
  • Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our communities safe.

Minimum Qualifications

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Open to College undergraduate (2 years college) with at least 18 months BPO Experience
  • With Working knowledge and experience with computers and internet
  • Willing to work in any shifts i.e. night shift, graveyard schedule etc.
  • Amenable to work in Quezon City
