Your role in a nutshell
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Consultant to join our team. Position will be mainly focusing on evaluation and advisory Role. As our consultant, you will help evaluate the current Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales implementation at Tech One and identify areas for improvement and optimization. You will provide expert advice on updating, upgrading, and maximizing the utilization of the system to meet business needs.
What you will do
Conduct a thorough assessment of the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales implementation at Tech One to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Assist in building a Request for Proposal (RFP) to select an implementation partner for the Dynamics 365 Sales system.
Oversee the implementation and delivery of all new features, workflows, reports, and other requirements to ensure they align with business objectives.
Integrate Dynamics 365 Sales with other business systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the Sales system effectively.
Oversee data migration, maintenance, and quality assurance to ensure accurate and up-to-date information within the Sales system.
Analyze and optimize sales processes to enhance productivity and customer engagement through the Sales system.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to understand their needs and deliver Sales solutions that drive business growth.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Sales system, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
