Develop detailed construction project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to gather input for schedule development.
Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes, delays, or adjustments in scope.
Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and recommend mitigation strategies.
Track resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Analyze project schedules to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
Generate and present progress reports, including Gantt charts and critical path analyses, to stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure schedules align with project budgets and milestones.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and construction standards.
Support project closeout by finalizing schedules and documenting lessons learned.

Proven experience as a construction scheduler or in a similar role.
Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and project management principles.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills to manage complex timelines.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients.
Familiarity with budgeting and resource management.
Problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts and delays.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
