- In charge of Corporate disclosure responsibilities related to SEC, PSE rules & regulations.
- Maintains & monitors Manual of Corporate Governance of the company.
Requirements
- Graduate of any four-year business course
- Articulate and has positive work attitude
- With work experience in compliance with PSE and SEC
- Familiar with the reports of publicly listed companies
- Computer literate
