We are looking for a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to help design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with our company goals and support our dynamic team.


What You’ll Do

As a key member of the People & Culture team, you’ll help shape our total rewards strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the design, implementation, and communication of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, wellness, and recognition initiatives.
  • Collaborating with HR, Finance, and leadership to support salary structures, pay equity, and performance-based reward programs.
  • Administering employee benefits plans and serving as a point of contact for vendors and employees.
  • Supporting the annual compensation review cycle and benefits open enrollment process.
  • Assisting with global rewards programs, where applicable.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Creating educational materials and internal communications to promote understanding of total rewards offerings.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation, benefits, or total rewards
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HRIS systems (advanced skills a plus)
  • Knowledge of compensation surveys, job evaluation methods, and benchmarking tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with a strong customer service
