Description
- Ensures accurate timekeeping for all Office-based employees, Seasonal workers and 3rd party employees.
- Answers employees' timekeeping inquiries during payout or post payout.
- Submits final timekeeping data of resigned employees for clearance purposes
- Prepares Tardiness Report on a monthly basis for release to all departments
- Prepares RFID for Newly hired employees and maintain the accuracy of data system
- Ensures on-time checking, validation and complete payment of Globe billing
- Prepares meal card semi monthly
- Creates and submits Weekly Update Report on timekeeping, Canteen Billing and Communication Billing.
- Assist in Locker room maintenance and management
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time after an appropriate training has been given.
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource or any behavioral courses
- With experience in similar role; experience in manufacturing is preferred
- With solid experience in manual timekeeping and HRIS
- With experience in employee engagement is a plus
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform multi-tasking and can handle pressure at all times
