Description
- Provide medical care and first aid to employees.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings.
- Maintain employee health records and confidentiality.
- Implement and promote workplace wellness programs.
- Collaborate with management on health and safety policies.
- Educate employees on health and safety best practices.
- Assist in emergency response and crisis management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN); must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- Occupational Health Nursing certification (OHN or equivalent) is an advantage
- Relevant experience in occupational health, workplace safety, or clinical nursing
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety laws and workplace health programs
- Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for employee health education
- Ability to handle confidential medical information with discretion
- Proficiency in report writing and basic computer applications
- Training in first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures
