KPA/KPI

1. Transport the CEO, COO and their immediate family, company personnel, clients, as well as various products and materials to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner.

2. Comply with all traffic laws and company safety regulations.

3. Assist with the loading and unloading of personnel luggage, goods, and materials.

4. Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays.

5. Use navigation applications to determine the best route.

6. Interact with passengers professionally at all times.

7. Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled, clean, presentable and ready for use.

8. Complete pre- and post-trip safety and operations checklists and documentation.

9. Arrange for vehicle repairs and maintenance as needed.

10. Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date.

11. Notify the company as soon as possible of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during working hours.

12. Ensure that the company vehicle is always parked in areas where parking is permitted to avoid towing.

13. Maintain the company vehicle’s cleanliness and proper maintenance through regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.

14. Promptly notify the management of any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage.

15. Should understand that in the occurrence that he may not be able to attend to his duties due to an emergency situation, he shall promptly inform his employer of the fact at least 24 hours before his duty and he understands that his absence in work shall not be paid unless it's a filed VL or SL.

16. Should understand that 3 (three) absences on his part that is unaccounted for (AWOL – absence without leave) would automatically lead to termination.

17. Driver is required to comply with all the existing rules, regulations and policies of the Employer as well as those which may hereafter be issued, including but not limited to those governing order and discipline, honesty, safety and security, work assignments and standard operating procedures, use of Employer properties and access to matters of confidentiality, and such other rules deemed necessary in the conduct of its personal and professional affairs.

18. Driver should understand that the vehicles involved in this contract is irrevocably and indisputably a property of the Employer.

19. Driver understands that it is his duty to keep the vehicle and any passenger within it safe and secure at all times.

20. Driver shall be personally liable for any damage, through his own fault and/or negligence, to any part of the vehicle and to any passenger within it that he may incur during the time that the said vehicle is with him. Terms of payment will be discussed on a case-to-case basis.

21. Should driver cause any damage/loss to Employer and/or Jason Romeo C. Valderrama’s other properties, he is liable to pay for repairs/replacement/insurance participation fees. Terms of payment will be discussed on a case-to-case basis.

22. Driver shall be personally liable for any traffic violation, through his own fault and/or negligence that he may incur during the time said vehicle is with him. Terms of payment will be discussed on a case-to-case basis.

23. Driver understands that he will do his best to keep himself healthy physically, mentally and emotionally for him to not be a health risk to his employer. In this regard, a MANDATORY physical exam and drug test will be conducted at least once a year. Poor or negative medical results that will affect and harm his passengers will lead to termination of this contract.

24. Driver agrees that all records, documents, conversations, etc. of the Employer and all information pertaining to its business and/or personal affairs and that of its customers are ABSOLUTELY CONFIDENTIAL. Unauthorized disclosure or reproduction of the same shall not be made by the driver at any time during or after his employment.

25. Driver agrees that any breach of confidentiality will constitute sufficient ground for immediate termination of employment for cause and/or civil and criminal liability.

26. Services as a driver may be terminated if he fails to attain the provision as stated above or in case of installation of labor-saving devices, redundancy and other similar causes that are reasonably necessary. On the other hand, he may sever engagement with the Company by formally signifying intention, observing a thirty (30) day notice period.

27. Driver shall strictly abide by the Confidentiality and Non-solicitation Policy of the Company, a copy of which will be provided to you.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Lady Driver is highly encouraged to apply

2. Must be residing near Cubao or Quezon City.

3. Must have Professional Driver License 1-2

4. Must be trustworthy.

5. Knows how to use GPS Systems.

6. Preferably has own motorcycle but not required.

7. Good track record in Driving.

8. Will help other drivers on keeping the office clean / neat.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
