- Safely drive company staff, clients, and visitors to required destinations in a timely manner.
- Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other company materials as instructed.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Conduct regular vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, lights, brakes, etc.) and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records of daily trips, fuel consumption, and mileage.
- Follow assigned schedules and routes while being flexible to urgent or last-minute requests.
- Adhere to traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Assist passengers with loading/unloading luggage, parcels, or materials as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when transporting company executives and sensitive materials.
- Perform other duties related to transportation and logistics as assigned.
