Description
- Safely transport company personnel and goods to designated locations.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading items as needed.
- Report any operational issues or accidents immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of trips and vehicle mileage.
Requirements
- SSS – Register and remit monthly contributions (employee and employer share).
- Pag-IBIG – Enroll and remit monthly contributions.
- PhilHealth – Register and remit health insurance contributions.
- TIN (BIR) – Ensure driver has a Tax Identification Number for tax compliance.
- Professional Driver’s License (valid and updated)
- NBI Clearance (for background check)
- Past Employment Certificate (to verify experience and reliability)
- Drug Test
- Health Certificate
