We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Community Engagement Specialist to grow and engage our online community. This role involves managing social media accounts (no creation of content, content and copywriting will be supplied), interacting with followers, and fostering meaningful relationships with our audience. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, skilled in content creation, and experienced in building brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Strategy will be provided by management. This is an execution-focused role.
• Coordinate with production team, and copywriting to schedule, and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and nurture conversations.
• Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns.
• Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or related roles.
• Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Passion for storytelling and building online communities.
