  • Manage and oversee accounts receivable to ensure timely collection.
  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment plans.
  • Analyze customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate reports on collection activities and status of accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve collection processes.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours, potential for remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Dependable, proactive, problem-solver, customer-focused, ability to work under pressure.
