Duties

• Making outbound calls to prospects for sales or lead generation.
• Building rapport with leads and qualifying potential clients.
• Accurately recording call notes and updating CRM software.
• Meeting daily call targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Proven experience in sales and lead generation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software for recording and managing leads.
• Ability to build rapport and effectively qualify prospects.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting call targets and KPIs.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have own equipment: desktop/laptop, backup internet and power, and noise-canceling headphones.
