  • Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate precision parts.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Conduct quality control inspections using measuring instruments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise.
  • Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production processes.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in machine setup, solidworks design, and tool selection.
  • Working Conditions: Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and moving machinery.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
