Role: Clinical Research Analyst (Manager)

Employment: On-Site (IT Park, Cebu City) / Open for Hybrid after 6 months

Working Hours: Night Shift || Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Management - Clinical Data Analysts:

* Delegating tasks effectively to meet deadlines and project goals.

* Coaching, Performance management, Motivating the team

* Implementing quality assurance (QA) checks to maintain data accuracy and compliance.

* Conducting performance evaluations and managing individual/team development plans.

* Facilitating team meetings to address concerns, updates, and performance goals.

* Ensuring team adherence to organizational policies and best practices.

  • Interpret data, formulate reports, and provide recommendations.
  • Verify data quality based on accuracy, completeness, consistency, and validity.
  • Compile and analyze data using modern and traditional collection methods.
  • Ensure data entry complies with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on current processes and updates.
  • Assist in audits and reviews to ensure data integrity.
  • Generate reports and summaries from data as requested.
  • Maintain organized electronic files for medical-related documentation.
  • Address discrepancies or issues with data identified by staff or external reviewers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • PHRN (active license not required)
  • Must have supervised/managed at least 2 direct reports.
  • Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with health information systems and database tools (Excel, SQL, etc.) is desirable.
  • Tech-savvy; experience with Salesforce or similar tools is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership skills in delegating tasks, performance management, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent written and oral English skills.
  • Experience working with US/UK/AU clients (US preferred).
