Conducts effective instruction and assessment during clinical practice trainings of undergraduate nurses and nurse professionals in the classroom, virtual skills laboratory, hospital, and community facilities.
Facilitates education and evaluation to nursing students and nursing instructors within a specialized area of nursing.
Guide and instruct students in the clinical, community and skills laboratory setting.
Accommodate all students concern related to enrollment and online registration process.
Develop and update HCT nursing course curricula.
Conducts annual inventory of equipment, consumables, and tools in the skills laboratory.
Represent HCT in presentation of training proposal to partner universities, hospitals, and other corporates agencies.
Prepares annual budget for the Virtual Skills Laboratory.
Supervise HCT nurse instructors in evaluating and submitting student’s grades and other requirements for graduation and certificate completion.
Prepares document for CHED, TESDA, DOLE and PRC accreditation, registration, and renewal.
Communicates directly to potential clients and customers over the phone.
Directly reports to the Education Director and Program Chair.
Teach nursing courses through online or face to face approach.

Education: Masters Degree in Nursing (MN, MAN, MSN) or any other allied Health Sciences, on going MAN, MN or MSN are considered.
Experience: Teaching experience in BSN concepts, clinical instruction an advantage.
A member of good standing, of an accredited Nursing Organization
