Are you passionate about empowering customers and helping them succeed with the right tools and training? We’re looking for a Home-Based Franchise Success Advocate to support our U.S.-based client in guiding franchise owners through onboarding, education, and long-term engagement. You’ll be the go-to resource for setup, training, and technical support, helping clients get the most out of the tools and services offered. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Guide new franchise owners through the onboarding process from start to finish.
  • Conduct account set-up, product configuration, and access provisioning.
  • Schedule and facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new customers.
  • Support Account Strategists during calls and follow-up operations.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and ensure franchisees understand how to use the platform effectively.
  • Assist clients with data processing, campaign support, and usage of customer tools.
  • Document issue reports, escalate technical concerns, and help drive resolutions.
  • Maintain clear records of each client's onboarding progress and support needs.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the onboarding experience.
  • Perform additional ad hoc tasks related to franchise support as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but open to candidates with at least a high school diploma and relevant experience.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in virtual customer service, onboarding, or customer education roles.
  • Bonus Experience: Previous involvement in project management or supporting franchisees.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (especially case handling).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Comfort using CRM, scheduling, and video conferencing tools.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: Php 35,000
  • Industry: Promotions

  • Work Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (USA)
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
