Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas.
Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow for efficiency.
Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas for quality control.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed.
Coordinate staff schedules, including time-off and shift adjustments.
Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Assist in developing and implementing housekeeping procedures to improve guest experience.
Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department for resolution.

Education: At least College Level.
Experience: 1-2 years in housekeeping or facilities management, with 1 year in a leadership role.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
Attention to Detail: Focused on cleanliness, organization, and quality.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective interaction with staff and guests.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks.

Knowledge: Familiar with housekeeping practices, equipment, and safety protocols.
