Hiring

A cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments such as offices, commercial buildings, residential properties, or industrial facilities. The primary role is to ensure that spaces are neat, safe, and presentable for employees, visitors, or residents.

Cleaning Tasks:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas of the building.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, shelves, windowsills, and counters.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas (e.g., break rooms, hallways).
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Wash and sanitize office equipment or appliances, such as microwaves, refrigerators, and sinks.

Maintenance of Supplies:

• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working condition.
• Replenish soap, paper towels, and other consumables in bathrooms and kitchens.

Floor Care:

• Spot clean carpets and upholstered furniture as needed.
• Polish and buff floors, including hard floors like tile, wood, or vinyl.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks on floors and surfaces on a periodic basis.

• - Must possess a valid original barangay and police clearance
• - Customer service skills are an advantage
• - Detail-oriented and adept at handling customer interactions
• - Open to all genders
• - Trustworthy with a pleasant personality
• - Must be 18 years old or above
• - High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or higher
• - Experience is a plus; however, candidates without experience who are willing to be trained are welcome
• - Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts on weekends or holidays
• - Physically fit
