- Design, develop, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
- Prepare detailed bill of materials and project specifications
- Manage laborers and subcontractors to ensure work efficiency and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in budget management and cost estimation for projects
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in bill of materials, laborer management, and building maintenance
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various outdoor environments and conditions
