Prepare and manage Daily Activity Reports, Progress Reports, and Lookahead Reports to track project updates.
Oversee document control processes to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.
Monitor and coordinate work activities to ensure smooth execution and adherence to safety regulations.
Handle work permits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage utility usage and requirements for ongoing projects.
Process and track Purchase Requests (PRs) and Petty Cash Fund (PCF) transactions efficiently.
Assist in administrative tasks related to project reporting and documentation.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant industry experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Document Control, Daily Activity Reports, Progress Reports, Lookahead Reports, Work Permits, Activities Monitoring, Utility Management, PR, and PCF Handling.
