Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the preparation of ingredients for dishes, ensuring freshness and hygiene of the ingredients;

2. Assist in preparing the required ingredients;

3. Responsible for cooking and stir-frying dishes;

4. Familiar with basic kitchen processes, including opening and closing procedures;

5. Ensure cleanliness and normal use of the cooking station;

6. Responsible for preparing meals for customers and staff;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the head chef.
