Description
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in assigned section.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in menu development and creative presentations.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
Requirements
- Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie
- Location: Kuwait (w/ Passport)
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a culinary environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Advanced cooking skills, kitchen supervision, time management, food safety & hygiene, team leadership, and menu preparation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee kitchen staff, prepare menus, and maintain food safety standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requiring standing for long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and artistic plating & presentation ability.
