Due to the continued success and growth of Seven Consulting, we built a Change Management Practice in 2023 to complement our Program Delivery, Program Management Office (PMO) and Consulting services.


In our first phase of recruitment, our General Manager, Change Management hired 5 Change Management Practitioners across Sydney and Melbourne. We’re delighted to be recruiting one Senior Change Manager in Manila. This is an exciting opportunity to ‘get on the ground floor’ of this team.

We specialise in the successful delivery of large-scale, complex IT-enabled business transformation projects ranging from $1M to $1.4Bn with some of Australia's top companies. We have offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Manila.


We are looking for a talented Change Manager with relevant experience, who shares our passion for delivering quality outcomes through business change, to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.


Your New Role


As a Change Manager, you will work directly with our clients across all areas of change management to deliver high quality outcomes. Each engagement is different, but typically a Change Manager is expected to be able operate independently (autonomously) on a project with responsibilities that include:


  • Taking briefs from clients with the ability to provide direction about Change Management services
  • Analysing a client's business, operations and structure to understand where there is a potential impact from change
  • Meeting and presenting to stakeholders including preparing business documents and slides
  • Proposing appropriate tactics to manage organisational changes for a project in a way that leads to the desired outcomes
  • Executing on plans, scheduling, reporting on progress, raising risks and issues, maintaining effective relationships, and being a supportive project team member
  • Applying Project Management principles as well as Agile, Waterfall and blended methods
  • Providing the needed level of support to the recipients of change as well as business leaders during and after the project


What You Bring


Coming into the Change Management Practice at the Change Manager level means that you will bring professional experience in consulting and/or knowledge of project delivery and the end-to-end delivery of organisational change. Typically, Change Managers have:


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Change Management roles
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher (often in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied / Behavioural Science or similar)
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A desire and ability to contribute to the Change Management Practice
