1. Responsible for user growth: Optimize the full conversion journey from registration to retention.

2. Build KOL ecosystem: Design tools and incentive mechanisms to enhance ROI.

3. Design product features: Enhance Cefi and on-chain user experience based on data.

4. Collaborate with global teams: Design product models compatible with multiple regions.

5. Advance growth projects: Including marketing campaigns, reward programs, etc.

6. Monitor industry trends and hotspots, propose innovative growth points.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for Computer Science/Data Analysis

• Over 3 years of product experience, with additional points for user growth/KOL/cryptocurrency experience

• Proficient in SQL/Excel, able to analyze data for decision making

• Capable of independently conducting requirements analysis and product design

• Fluent in English, able to adapt to an international team

• Passionate about blockchain and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
