Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Lead with 2-3 years of QA experience and expertise in Data Analytics within a BPO setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, analyzing performance data, and driving process improvements.


  • Lead quality assurance initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to improve QA processes.
  • Develop and implement QA frameworks and best practices.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of QA experience in a BPO environment.
  • Strong background in Data Analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
