Senior Test Engineer (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify issues in quality control within teams and projects and implement improvements;

2. Responsible for the overall testing work of products or projects, including functionality, performance, automation, and product quality reviews;

3. Collaborate closely with developers to optimize and enhance R&D testing efficiency and output quality, ensuring projects progress smoothly according to plan;

4. Proactively engage in deep research on testing specialties and product business, and improve team organization skills through daily communication and regular sharing sessions;

5. Prepare project testing plans, requirement analysis, mind map design, requirement reviews, test case design, system testing, and comprehensive quality analysis reports in accordance with company-related processes and standards;

6. Lead a team of 2-3 members to quickly support functional business logic testing for projects while maintaining high performance assessment standards within the team;

Qualification Requirements:

1. Must have over 8 years of work experience, with more than 5 years in the internet sector, at least 3 years of experience in business architecture/solution development, and experience managing a team of 3-5 people;

2. Strong communication skills, proactive in identifying issues, driving resolutions, coordinating teams, and integrating business to enhance testing efficiency;

3. Familiar with Python, possessing testing experience related to web, mobile, and H5, as well as proficiency in HTTP protocol, packet analysis, and WS communication protocols;

4. Familiar with Linux systems and capable of writing simple shell scripts and Python scripts, able to proficiently use commands to set up testing environments and release product versions;

5. Proficient in SQL statements/simple optimization, with experience in MySQL/Redis caching/MQ, etc. to combine functional testing and quickly pinpoint issues (and able to push for integration of product and development with business execution);

6. Mastery of at least one specialized testing knowledge area (JMeter performance testing or Selenium automation testing);

7. Experience with mainstream automated testing frameworks and tools, including but not limited to RF, TestNG, Selenium, PyTest;

8. Familiar with testing processes and related standards, and able to drive development to advance project timelines;

9. Assist other team members in completing periodic testing tasks while ensuring testing quality;

10. Candidates with testing project management experience will be given preference;

Experience in the financial management industry, including testing experience related to spot trading, futures, and financial products, will be prioritized.
