Description

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assistance.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Follow company policies regarding transactions and returns.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.


  1. Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or Senior High School equivalent.
  2. Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
  3. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in POS systems, excellent service skills, analytical abilities, and strong teamwork.
  4. Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require standing for long periods and working flexible hours.
  5. Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, friendly, and able to work under pressure.
