Description
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
- Balance cash register at the end of shifts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a retail or service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, teamwork, POS & cash handling, attention to detail, time management, and integrity.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods, and varying shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Honest, reliable, a dedicated team player, and detail-oriented.
