Description

  • Greet customers warmly and answer any questions about the menu
  • Take orders accurately and operate the cash register/POS system
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to standard
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, counters, and dining areas
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed (milk, cups, syrups, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a barista/cashier or in food service is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be residing near San Juan, Manila.
