  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assistance.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions responsibly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Balance cash register at the end of shifts.
  • Support team in achieving sales goals.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a cashier or billing role preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in billing software, and excellent numerical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods, and potential evening/weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
