Description
- Handle customer transactions, manage cash registers, provide excellent customer service.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods securely.
- Assist in restocking products and managing inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Entry-level; suitable for fresh graduates or students.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in banking services.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment; potential for evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, friendly, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
