Description
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, inventory management, sales training, analytical skills, and customer management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with varying hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
