Description
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions responsibly.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in transactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Process transactions, manage cash registers, assist customers, maintain inventory, and ensure store cleanliness.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, customer management, and inventory management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment; may require standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, organized, and detail-oriented.
