  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light and heavy vehicles, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
  • Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform on-site repairs when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and manufacturer guidelines
  • High school diploma or vocational/technical training in automotive mechanics.
  • Proven experience as an auto mechanic or vehicle technician.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Physically fit and able to work in various conditions (e.g., under vehicles, outdoors).
  • Valid driver’s license (professional license preferred for heavy vehicles).
