- Respond to customer inquiries, provide financial guidance, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Financial literacy, excellent communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptability, patience, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
