- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide product information and assistance over phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
- Meet performance metrics and uphold company standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, ability to manage sales pipelines, excellent organizational skills, and experience in a call center environment.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with possible shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills in English, patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
