Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, may involve extended periods on the phone.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
