Description
- Responsible for the company's financial planning and analysis, developing budgets and forecasts.
- Manage the preparation and audit of financial statements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including account management and cash flow monitoring.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial advice to support business decisions.
- Participate in the development of financial strategies within the human resources industry to drive company growth.
Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, MBA preferred
- Experience Requirements: More than 10 years of relevant work experience
- Skills and Abilities: Proficient in asset management, business management, market research, and financial statement analysis; familiar with portfolio management and fundraising processes; skilled in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) management; possess business intelligence analysis capabilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, overseeing asset management, conducting market research, driving fundraising activities, and ensuring the liquidity of AP and AR
- Work Environment: Dynamic and changing business environment, may require overtime
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, team spirit, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
