Description
Business Process Analyst is responsible to initiate the design and implementation of innovative business models; streamlining and re-engineering existing business processes and policies and providing support to change management initiatives and its implementation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering

- With at least 1 year of experience
- In-depth understanding of MS Office applications (i.e., Word and Visio)
- Good written and verbal English skills
- Exposure to or interest in Project Management and continuous improvement
- Strong personal capabilities and ability working with a variety of stakeholders
- Works well in a team environment
Principal Accountabilities:
BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS / QUALITY MANAGEMENT
- Assists the Business Process Supervisor in informing the Proponents of BPP Targets monthly.
- Translates high-level business objectives into actionable, detailed requirements and specifications.
- Maps and documents of all current "As Is" business processes, systems, and dataflows across the organization.
- Reviews the data structure designs to ensure this support the streamlined processes and ensure data integrity.
- Identifies gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for simplification, standardization, and digitalization.
- Oversees the implementation of new or revised business processes and solutions, ensuring that timelines are met, and outputs are of high quality.
- Ensures cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams for effective process and data architecture configuration.
- Attends weekly/monthly progress review meetings with the Business Process Supervisor to update the status of the ongoing BPPs and if such is within budgeted man-days.
- Attends Exit Meetings/Conferences and takes note of issues/concerns affecting BPPs.
- Assists the Audit Team in monitoring the resolution of committed action steps within the agreed timetable.
- Ensures that all BPP drafts and final versions are properly labeled and archived in the BIVMC IAD and Quality Management System Network Folders.
- Responds to inquiries from BIVMC officers and representatives concerning matters about BPPs.
- Keeps abreast of new techniques and changes in governmental laws, regulations, and standards about internal auditing to ensure that appropriate changes to existing procedures are made.
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Follows specific assignments assigned by the Business Process Supervisor/CIAD Manager.
- Communicates and attends necessary developmental training.
- Prepares self-assessed performance appraisals.
- Observes BIVMC Code of Conduct, rules, and regulations.
- Responds to employee/Business Process Supervisor/CIAD Manager inquiries concerning BPP matters.
- Prepares and submits/files liquidations, reimbursements, requests for payment, travel itinerary forms, daily time records and time sheets, overtime & other CHRIS entries.
