Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Forecasting Management
• Gather and consolidate monthly demand forecasts from multiple sales channels, including wholesale, distribution, E-commerce, RS, and COS. Leverage historical sales data and market trend analysis to refine demand forecasting, ensuring optimal supply-demand alignment and minimizing stock imbalances.
• Inventory Allocation & Sales Receivables Management
• Develop and execute a strategic inventory allocation plan to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely product availability across all channels. Monitor order prepayments and sales receivables, proactively managing cash flow to support sustainable business growth and operational efficiency.
• Sales Strategy Development & EBIT Optimization
• Collaborate in setting OKRs for the sales team, designing data-driven sales strategies to enhance product distribution and market penetration. Track and analyze EBIT performance, conducting in-depth cost and expense evaluations to drive financial efficiency and maximize profitability.
• Warehouse & Inventory Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, implementing best practices to enhance storage efficiency and workflow optimization. Lead the development and management of Visayas warehouse, strengthening backend logistics to support deep regional distribution.
• Contract & Logistics Order Management
• Continuously refine logistics solutions to boost delivery efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance. Address and resolve exceptional order issues, ensuring seamless fulfillment and high customer satisfaction. Manage and oversee contracts with business partners, ensuring strict compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.
• System Management & Maintenance
• Administer and optimize platforms such as ShopeLazza, ensuring data accuracy, operational stability, and seamless integration with sales and logistics functions. Supervise and maintain WMS (Warehouse Management System) and DMS (Distributor Management System) to streamline supply chain operations and improve efficiency.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, demonstrating strong ownership, accountability, and a results-driven mindset to ensure successful project execution.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably with extensive hands-on use of Excel/GSheets in a professional setting. Experience in the FMCG industry or related fields is highly preferred, and knowledge of supply chain or inventory management is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required, with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
