About the Role 


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing startup company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the logistics industry, with a focus on global shipping solutions in the US and Canada. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and nurturing business relationships to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and resolve conflicts effectively. (American accent preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a startup environment. 
  • Deeply rooted commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Passion for startups and the industry we operate in.
