About Role


As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive Inventi’s strategic growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities across the real estate ecosystem. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, forging industry partnerships, and exploring untapped market segments. This role requires a combination of commercial savvy, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of how technology can unlock value for real estate players.


Key Responsibilities


Market Expansion & Strategic Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
  • Lead outreach to high-potential clients including developers, owners, and PM firms
  • Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to inform BD strategy
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
  • Customize solution pitches to demonstrate business impact for each client
  • Deliver product demos and presentations tailored to client pain points
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by aligning with Customer Success and Product teams

Revenue & Growth Contribution

  • Meet and exceed targets for client acquisition and revenue contribution
  • Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools and report performance regularly
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Brand and Industry Presence

  • Represent Inventi at networking events, expos, and industry forums
  • Support content, thought leadership, and campaigns that attract BD leads
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Inventi’s digital transformation mission


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in business development, partnerships, or consultative sales
  • Prior experience in SaaS, PropTech, or B2B environments is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence
  • Strategic thinker who can turn insights into action
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented; able to work with autonomy
  • Bonus: A solid network in real estate or property management sectors
