Description

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of all products and services and deliver impactful product demonstrations as offered by the company
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive client database
  • Attend industry events, trade exhibitions, conferences, and government procurement-related meetings to build brand awareness and identify business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed designated monthly sales targets, annual sales targets, assigned tasks and special projects as directed by the company
  • Monitor competitor activities
  • Regularly monitor government procurement portals (e.g., PhilGEPS) and other relevant databases to identify bidding opportunities aligned with the company’s products and services
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine government procurement laws (e.g., RA 9184) throughout the bidding process. Stay updated on relevant regulations and best practices in government contracting
  • Lead the preparation and timely submission of all documents and requirements needed in the pre-bid, final bid, and post-qualifications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all government procurement requirements.
  • Conduct field jobs such as client visits and on-site assessments
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure favorable outcomes for the company. Manage the execution and performance of contracts, ensuring compliance with obligations and addressing any issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, finance, technical) to gather necessary information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bidding or project management
  • Knowledge of PhilGEPS (Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System)
  • Strong understanding of Philippine government procurement laws and processes.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with bidding and contract management software
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment
  • Willing to do fieldwork nationwide in Philippines
