We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and transforming data into actionable insights that support business strategy, product performance, and user engagement—especially in the context of digital and e-commerce operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence tools, with a keen interest in gaming, digital goods, or sci-fi-related industries

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau and Microsoft tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to evaluate business performance.
• Analyze e-commerce performance data and assess the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
• Contribute to forecasting efforts and long-term strategic planning using advanced methodologies.
• Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work independently on complex analytical problems while contributing to team discussions and initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Exposure to Python and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Proven experience with forecasting methods and performance analysis.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and turn them into actionable business insights.
• Experience working with e-commerce data and evaluating promotional effectiveness is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering insights to varied audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Passion for online games, gaming culture, or space sci-fi is a strong plus.
• Experience in the gaming industry or familiarity with digital goods monetization is a bonus.
